Creating the life you love doesn’t happen all at once.

Sometimes it looks like starting over. Sometimes it looks like choosing differently. Sometimes it looks like letting go of what no longer fits.

And sometimes…

You simply have to try again.
Then try again. And again.

Not because you failed, but because you’re still becoming the person you were created to be.

Keep choosing peace. Keep choosing growth. Keep choosing faith. Keep building the life that feels aligned with who you are becoming.

🤍You know🤍

You know the trials & tribulations. You know the grief. You know the feeling of not being able to comprehend the unknowns.
You know what it feels like to smile while carrying something heavy.
 To pray when you don’t have the words. To keep moving when you’re exhausted from trying to understand what God is doing.

🌙You know the nights you questioned, “Why me?” “Why now?” “How is this going to work out?”

✨But you also know this:
God has never needed you to understand everything to ask you to trust Him.

The same God who carried you through what you thought would break you is the same God who is carrying you into what’s next.

🌬️So breathe.

You don’t have to know every detail. You don’t have to have every answer. You don’t have to understand the whole story.
You just have to keep trusting the One who already knows the ending.

Only God knows when we need the friendship.
Sometimes God sends a friend before we even realize we need one.

Someone who checks on you at the right moment. Someone who makes you laugh when life feels heavy. Someone who reminds you of who you are when you’ve forgotten. Someone who prays for you when you don’t have the words to pray for yourself.

Not every friendship is meant to last forever—but some are divinely timed for a season, a lesson, a healing, or a reminder that you were never walking alone.

God knows the conversations you’ll need, the encouragement you’ll need, and the people He will use to help you through it.

Because when God has His hand on your life, what’s meant for you cannot be canceled by people.

You can’t stop what God has decided to bless. You can’t dim what God has chosen to make shine.

So yes… we’re going to shine.
Not because life has been perfect. Not because everyone supported us. But because God kept you & me.
And that’s enough.

But I think I want to be the black dress woman.

A little mysterious. A little timeless. Soft, feminine, unforgettable.

The kind of woman who doesn’t chase the moment… she becomes the moment.

Maybe love isn’t always about finding the perfect person.

Maybe sometimes it’s about becoming the woman who feels like a scene from a movie.

Dear Younger Me,

I wish I could sit beside you and tell you what you cannot see yet.

You are going to walk through things you never thought you could survive. There will be moments when your heart breaks, moments when you question God, and moments when you wonder if your life will ever feel whole again.

But listen to me…
You will survive.
You will heal.
You will love again.
You will laugh again.
And you will become someone you never imagined you could be. The girl who thought her story was over will discover that God was only turning the page.

You will learn that some losses don’t destroy you—they reveal you. Some seasons don’t define you—they develop you. And some prayers aren’t answered the way you expected because God is preparing something greater than what you could see.

You will become softer without becoming weaker.

You will learn to forgive yourself for the things you didn’t know, release the things you couldn’t control, and stop blaming yourself for storms you didn’t create.

And one day, you’ll look back at that younger girl with so much compassion.

You won’t be ashamed of her anymore.

You’ll be proud of her.
Because she kept going.
So, dear younger me…

Thank you for holding on when you didn’t understand why.
Thank you for choosing hope when life gave you every reason to give up.

Thank you for believing that God was still there—even when you couldn’t feel Him.
