"We foster more than fitness.
🔹 We strive for peak individual performance- pushing each athlete to find their edge and sharpen it.
🔹 We foster a supportive, connected community where every effort is seen, every win is shared, and every setback is fuel for the next push.
🔹 Finally, we chase enjoyment and adventure- chasing big goals should feel as bold as the dreams themselves.

Massive thanks to @cameron.walker_photography for capturing a snippet of what we do.

This isn’t just training- this is the MKP way. And there’s nothing like being part of it. by @_mk.performance

Trail Trilogy 👑 First woman. First across the line. Overall champ.

@emma_runs001 took the outright win against the entire field in the @no_code_events Trail Trilogy 55km race, delivering a lesson in patient pacing and strong execution.

Trusting the long game… meant letting the field go early with the gap stretching to over 4 minutes in the opening 22k. Trusted the plan and pace… reeled back the deficit for a winning margin of more than five minutes by the finish.

Ultra SZ just started eh @emma_runs001

This weekend, MK Performance athlete @johnnycalley takes on one of the biggest in our sport, the IRONMAN World Championship in Kona.

Earlier this year, Kona wasn’t even a major driver for Johnny. Then he earned the opportunity, accepted it, and committed himself fully to becoming the athlete required to stand on that start line.

And he has worked his ass off.

Preparing for Kona from New Zealand through winter is a massive undertaking. Early mornings, long sessions, heat work, fatigue and sacrifice, all while being a husband, family man, businessman and leader.

It’s not simply the fitness he has built, but the athlete he has become through the process... fortunately a fair good bio product of triathlon too!

Kona will ask questions. Heat, wind, pressure and moments where moving forward becomes incredibly uncomfortable. But while the situation might be new, being in a hard place isn’t.

You’ve proved you can handle hard, Johnny.

From the team to the athlete... we are incredibly proud of you. Now go prove what you’ve built and learn that next taking 👊

And to everyone racing the IRONMAN World Championship this weekend, the very best of heat luck. 🌺🔥

WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP SILVER FOR @georgiachild !

What a couple of weeks for Georgia!

After lining up at the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championships in Nice, Georgia backed it up just two weeks later at the World Triathlon Standard Distance Championships in Pontevedra, producing a brilliant performance to finish 2nd in her age group and earn a place on the World Championship podium.

This one feels particularly deserved. Georgia has invested heavily in her preparation and built some outstanding fitness. Unfortunately, we didn’t quite get the opportunity to see the full return on that work at the 70.3 Worlds, but here she was able to showcase what was built.

Two weeks later, on another world stage, she did exactly that.

A huge congratulations, Georgia. An incredible result, a World Championship medal, and a pretty special way to finish an enormous couple of weeks of racing! by @_mk.performance

@ironman70.3sunshinecoast X MK PERFORMANCE 🤌

The PBs will sit beside our athletes, but the way they raced is what deserves the attention.

Sunny Coast delivered a tougher day, yet our athletes racing remained composed, made smart decisions and executed with purpose. The result: a 70.3 personal best for every athlete who started.

A brilliant reflection of the work completed… and the athletes they are becoming.

Outstanding work and congratulations 👏

A huge weekend ahead for @georgiachild as she lines up at the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship! 🌍🔥

Earning a spot at a World Championship is a massive achievement in itself. These slots are earned through performance, consistency and putting yourself amongst the very best in your age group.

The work is done. Now it’s about backing yourself, soaking up the experience and enjoying the opportunity you’ve worked so hard for.

An incredibly prestigious start line and a very special moment.

All the best, Georgia… we are all behind you 👊 taken in Nice, Côte d'Azur, France by @_mk.performance
