What a month it’s been at Elevate & Mountain Perspective.

From a brilliant day at the rugby with WLS IT Solutions and Dan & Sue Rowbottom (and a Luctonians win!) to executive coaching on the move in the Black Mountains with @Cejn.

We’ve also opened places for our next Confidence Coaching Course starting in May, come and perfect your pitch and stand out from the crowd.

We promised lots of great connections and last night absolutely delivered!
Thank-you to everyone that made last night an incredible event.

What a way to wrap up March ☀️

The sun showed up for every single one of our events, and so did the energy, the smiles, and the confidence.

This month has been packed with growth, connection, and people really stepping into who they are in business.

We’ve officially launched the Elevate Business App, kicking things off with our Community Membership at just £9 a month. That’s less than two coffees, and the level of connection, support, and opportunity inside is already proving to be so powerful. With online events and weekly top-tips that will really transform your business.

Our latest Confidence Coaching cohort finished on a real high. The transformation was clear with stronger personal brands, more clarity in messaging, and the confidence to truly showcase who they are and who they serve. Watching those final pitches was something special.

And we were back at HCA delivering a Professional Development Day… the response? Incredible. So much engagement, openness, and appetite to grow.

Do you ever wish you had more confidence, maybe you used to have it and it feels like it packed up and left!
Confidence is one of those things that changes throughout our life and even sometimes our day!

It is not a given or a reliable friend!!

However you can claim it back and you can do many things to increase it.

You can be the 'Business Lioness' you once were or dreamt of being!

If I can do it you certainly can.

The great thing with these sessions is we do it together, in a small group of encouraging peers, which brings, reassurance, fresh perspectives and people to cheer you on.

What’s the first thing you should think about when starting a business?

We had the pleasure of visiting Herefordshire College of Arts @herefordarts to speak with final year degree students about stepping into the world of business.

Every journey into business is different, but having the right tools and mindset early on can make a real difference. During the session we shared our own experiences of building a business and some of the lessons we’ve learned along the way.

We discussed topics including finance, staying true to your values and how to market yourself effectively. We also introduced the C-ME psychometric profiling tool, exploring how understanding your strengths and preferences can help shape your business journey.

It was great to hear the students’ questions and perspectives. There is a lot of exciting potential in that room and we look forward to seeing where their journeys take them.

Molly has landed 🚀

This January we welcomed Molly to the Mountain Perspective team, and she has truly hit the ground running. From day one, she’s added value, brought fresh inspiration, and worked at an incredible pace.

Her creativity across video, writing and photography has started to shine a light on the many behind-the-scenes moments that often go unseen within the Mountain Perspective team. We do so much that rarely gets talked about - and that’s about to change.

When someone joins your team who genuinely gets your vision, embraces it, and brings it to life in their own way, that’s absolute gold dust. That’s exactly what Molly has done.

We’re excited to start sharing more of what we get up to and to invite you along on some of our adventures this year. There will be plenty of opportunities to get involved, connect, and come and play.

January wrap up! Where did January go?!

We set out with intention, and we’ve certainly made the most of it...

This month alone, we’ve had the pleasure of working with over 25 individual business coaching clients, supporting growth, sharpening strategy, and most importantly, creating space for that all-important accountability.

That’s our key takeaway from January: accountability matters. When we’re accountable, we move forward, gain clarity, and stay sane - because we’re not doing it alone.

Starting the new year in our new business community focused building, right in the heart of Hereford city centre. Watch this space, exciting things are happening!

We soft launched the Elevate portal, our online community of forward thinking, positive individuals – a vibrant, growing community of connectivity and encouragement. Become a member and experience it for yourself!

We’ve also delivered two UKSPF-funded workshops:

✨ Pitch Perfect - part of our Small Group Coaching for Confidence series, getting presentation ready
✨ Business Strategy - moving beyond the business plan and building for sustainable growth

Meanwhile, Jon has been on the road visiting FDI companies across the West Midlands, continuing to strengthen relationships and support regional growth.

We had two Elevate in person events and one online event, with insights a plenty, new connections and collaboration opportunities and lots of laughter. Do pop to the Elevate website and explore these opportunities if you haven’t already.

And finally, it was an honour to attend Alloy’s Sense of Place exhibition at The Courtyard. Last year, we were proud to support Nicole Lillie, Chair of Alloy, as the organisation became a CIC - creating a sustainable platform for future growth and development.
