Tomorrow is our last day open at Mountain Eye before we move on to a new studio setup. We’ll be open from 10am–2pm with @frasermuggeridgestudio Imposed Alphabet on view, and remaining stock on sale. Come through and catch Fraser’s work if you can. Big thank you to every single one of you who’s visited, supported, shared your art, come through for a chat and enjoyed the view with us ⛰️ 👀 it’s been great to connect. Today is our last day open – and your last chance to catch @frasermuggeridgestudio’s ‘IMPOSED ALPHABET’ installation. An exercise in typographic ingenuity and making the most of things. We love it. IMPOSED ALPHABET by @frasermuggeridgestudio showing at Mountain Eye this Saturday and next* from 10am–2pm

‘Imposed Alphabet consists of letters concealed on imposed printing sheets from various jobs designed by Fraser Muggeridge studio from 2018 to 2023. The shape, size, colour, and material of each letter refer to the design of the sheet that hosts it. Imposition is the process of arranging pages onto a printer’s sheet for maximum efficiency. Correct imposition minimises printing time, simplifies binding, and, by maximising the number of pages per impression, reduces paper waste.’

*These will be our last days open at Mountain Eye as we’ll be moving to a new studio setup in September. Thank you to everyone who has visited and been a part of it, it’s been great to share.
