My darling boy, with you I was invincible. We were robbed of the time that was never promised and yet I still feel cheated. What a beautiful life you have given to me. We traversed across many oceans and seas. What beautiful moments we shared together.Through the best of times and my worst days. In times of strife and sorrow, you were always there. The past few weeks I've been asked about where I call home? If you tried asking my family which country I lived in they would probably not even recall 🙄😅 So this is mostly for them to see and maybe come and visit for once❤️🙏

The main question is always why I chose Estonia?

And my answer, Why not?!

To the Estonians that continue to ask me why? You guys are lucky to be from here. It's not all roses all the time but no where is. There is kindness but it's earned. There are friendships but they are fostered and take time. There are adventures but you have to be curious.

Here are a few of the highlights for me. I'm not here to harp on my struggles although to be fair there have been very few, I would have to think long and hard. Yes, it's a privilege to say so but it's also a privilege to be here. So thank you Eesti 🇪🇪!

Fall is here but it's 23 degrees and sunny☀️Today's Adventure was Pääsküla Bog Trail. A quick drive or bus ride outside the city centre gets you here.

Nice for a stroll and if you are a huge fan of mushrooms. Tis the season for foraging! You will find lots of folks here foraging for mushrooms and berries. I however am NOT a fan of the fungi🍄 but love the berries.

Milos might have a busy bee for mama but he is the sleep in Prince. If you are hungover or had a late night no worries, this one is never in a rush to get outside. His DND side eye is loud and clear‼️

A short train ride away from Rome, Milos and I spent a lazy afternoon in Tivoli exploring Villa d'Este. Right before we were about to leave, we were surprised by the Procession. Even though it was September it was still quite hot, 30 degrees but we made it work🐾 Finished the day with a gelato and a few good memories

Ok so we have a lot more than one😅 But this one is pretty important. Little legs and large distances aren't the best combo, sometimes *see alot* mama is kind enough to offer a lift🎒 There are few adventures I miss out on thanks to her and her back muscles😂

Another one for the Pet Friendly Stays Series:
Lighthouse Apartments in Tallinn made an * exception * as they aren't typically dog friendly, but this is a case where it never hurts to ask.

We stayed here during January before settling into our apartment. They did charge us a fee although we did find it to be a bit excessive, they did allow Milos to stay so I'll bite my tongue.😌

We didn't find Lisbon the most pet friendly city but the Altis Prime Hotel gave us a great base to explore the city. We booked a Superior Suite for a few nights. Super central location in Principe Real. Uphill from Bairro Alto and the waterfront. There is a superb rooftop which was great spot to relax after those terrific hills. Staff was great and super accommodating! Hope to come again🐾❤️
