1947 FASADAT - My digital installation at the National History Museum, Lahore. A labour of love, blood, sweat and tears. I’m truly honoured to know that a part of me lives in NHM, and that I played a part in bringing these powerful Partition narratives to life. This is our story, our collective pain, and only together can we begin to process the unimaginable suffering and loss of millions of lives on both sides of the border.

I’m excited to announce that Ice cream will be screening at DCSAFF 11-13 September. I’m thrilled to have my short film included in such an incredibly diverse South Asian lineup, and so very honoured to be representing Pakistan amongst a cohort of such esteemed storytellers. 🌟

The screening will be on 13 September, at Regal Rockville Center. 🍦❤️‍🔥 by @_myrajav

So grateful I got to know and spend time with these amazingly talented artists at the 4A residency. Sharing stories, food, and lots of silliness!! Was so meaningful to connect over our south asian-ness, and our local and diaspora contexts💜 by @_myrajav
