Jan: lots of wet, rainy days for peak summer, but we still move 🏃🏽‍♀️👏🏽🕺😮‍💨

100km banked💰more intentional training, tinana carked it for two solid weeks which was a reminder to slow tf down 😅 outside of movement was lotsa rainy day swims, qt with the gurls, tonic and gin, more time with him and a bunch of fits and other bits 💐🤠💗🤏🏾

here’s my take on March (late as per) 🐆💅🏽

Kaupapa rich month, so time in te taiao was a non-negotiable, the sun came out (yay!!), ze queen of side quests also came to play, lots of W’s even more L’s, but we done did it 💗✨🤠

idk might just be me but I always feel like I need a whole month to recover when March comes and goes 😅 but grateful for the sun coming out 🫶🏽🌞 by @_naikkk
