Best week of my life! Grateful for the love, energy, kindness, compassion. Thank you to the @playalchemist family 💕 by @_nancynada

I spent years building what I thought was my dream life.

Beautiful clothes. The best events. An incredible title.

From the outside, it looked like I had it all.
But internally, I was burnt out, anxious, disconnected from myself, and deeply unhappy.

Walking away was terrifying.
Starting over was terrifying.
Yet losing myself became even scarier.

My work was paying for two therapy sessions a week.

This is your reminder that sometimes the life that looks successful on the outside isn’t the life that feels aligned on the inside.

Sometimes the darkest moments of your life reveal the truest version of who you are 💫✨ by @_nancynada

Today is the day when I say goodbye to Dior after 8 beautiful years, almost a third of my life! I am ever so grateful for the opportunity and being able to grow at Dior. I became this beautiful strong leader and woman that I would have never imagined. As a little girl I dreamed about going to fashion shows and my dreams came true. As one chapter closes, I am ready to embark on my next chapter, life is all about the journey.

Thank you to Chen, Gregoire and Javis for being the greatest mentors of all time. Thank you for giving me the hard constructive feedback and helping me grow to where I am today. Being one of the youngest deputy directors at 30 it was truly gratifying and rewarding.

To all my mentees I taught you everything in my handbook. Thank you for looking at me with stars in your eyes everyday. You gave me so much light and energy.

I now hand the torch to you, it is now your turn to be the inspiration for others. YOU are the next generation and YOU will make it if you believe in yourself and preserve. As long as you work hard, with true passion you can achieve anything at Dior. Wake up every morning with stars in your eyes and the fire to do it.

Be daring and your dreams will come true like mine in the house of Dior, the house of dreams.

I love you all and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Namaste,

Earlier this year I got certified in gong at @shantika_soundhealing, I always thought of the #gong as this intimidating King Kong, but actually the gong has a way of wrapping you in sound, immersing you and drifting your body away to stillness. Its layers of overtones create vibrations you feel physically, while the sound waves gently guide your #brainwaves into slower, meditative alpha and theta states. Your nervous system softens out of fight-or-flight and into deep rest. Because everything you seek already lies within you ✨✨💫 by @_nancynada

happiness begins from within and to be really free the first step is to practice #gratitude and that you are happy from what is already here in the present moment. Then you realize these external factors are nice but your #happiness is not dictated by them. Because everything you seek already lies within you. by @_nancynada

I walked away from the fashion world because it felt empty. I went all in on the spiritual path, thinking I had to leave that part of me behind.

But what I wear has always been a form of self expression. The playful colours, the feel of the natural fabrics on your skin also a form of frequency. That was never the empty part. The emptiness came from consuming without meaning. by @_nancynada

self love begins within yourself, what are some rituals do you do for self love💘? #gratitude #abundancemindset #selflove by @_nancynada

maybe by sharing we realize that this world is not such a lonely place after all ❤️🦋 by @_nancynada

I am so grateful to be working at @vikasalife , sharing my sound healing and meditation and yoga to others. After working a decade in fashion, coaching managers to grow into their confident authentic leaders with their own voice and style.

To now guiding guests back to their own intuition, creating space to quiet the noise, listen deeply, and reconnect with the self that is within. ❤️ by @_nancynada

no matter how long I've been away, I feel so great when I'm in Canada and even greater to be #canadian 🇨🇦 by @_nancynada
