One of our most asked questions- What IS the Vikasa Method? 🤔 Countless people who have been to Vikasa can attest to the power and uniqueness of a Vikasa class 🔥 What makes it different? Why are the benefits so pronounced and tangible even after one class? Listen in to Vikasa founder @kostamiachin to find out. Find the Vikasa Music link in our bio. Or grab a week of classes with Kosta for free when you sign up to try our online YTT - link also in bio! Warning- The Vikasa Method may just change your life 😉 📸 @wanderingcrane #vikasa #vikasayoga #vikasamethod #hathayoga #pranayama #meditation #traditionalyoga #vikasamusic #kostamiachin #thailandyoga #yogathailand #yogakohsamui #yogaretreatthailand #yogateachertraining #yogatrainingthailand by @vikasalife
You’ve done a 200hr YTT. Maybe you teach weekly classes, maybe you own your own studio, maybe you run retreats or perhaps you just enjoy your own dedicated self practice. Wherever you are on your yoga journey, you know there is more to unlock within you 🗝️ If you are teaching, you also know there is more that you want to offer your students to make your classes transformational and unforgettable. Our 300hr Advanced YTT is for those who are ready to show up, dive deep and give it their all 🔥 Over 5 weeks we will guide you into a much deeper experience of yoga in its full totality. We have an application process for this training purely because we want people here who have this level of dedication and want to commit 5 weeks of their lives to living and breathing yoga. You won’t be alone. You’ll be guided by our advanced teaching faculty that have decades of experience in both practice and teaching. Including an advanced guest teacher in each cohort. Plus, you’ll be surrounded by 30+ students who, just like you, are seeking an immersive environment to learn, grow and challenge themselves 💪 We LIVE yoga at Vikasa. If that sounds like you, or sounds like the person you are aspiring to become, join us for this transformational journey. Your practice, your teaching, your mindset and your life trajectory will irrevocably shift. Are you ready to find out what that looks like? 👉 April 29 - May 27, 2027 👉 Nov 5 - Dec 7, 2027 Link in bio to grab one. 📸 @ben.glassco #advanceyourpractice #advanceyourlife #300YTT #vikasayoga #yogateachertraining #advancedyogateachertraining #advancedyoga #thailandyogateachertraining #300YTTthailand #advancedyogatraining #yogaimmersion by @vikasalife
Who said eating healthy means compromising on flavour? 🍔😜 Our signature Life Cafe Vegan Burger is proof that plant-based food can be every bit as indulgent, satisfying and ridiculously delicious as any other burger. Lovingly stacked by Boris, one layer at a time, with all the goodness and none of the guilt. Vegan or not, this one’s for you. The hardest part? Remembering to enjoy the view when your burger tastes THIS good 😂🌊 A burger that’s out of this world. With a view to match. Who’s hungry? 🙋‍♀️ #VikasaYoga #Vikasa #Evolution #LifeCafe #VeganBurger by @vikasalife
Can you think of any that we missed? 🤔 #VikasaYoga #Vikasa #Evolution by @vikasalife
We spend most of our waking hours reliving the past or anticipating what’s next. What if we just focused on being right here, right now? How much more could you feel? What else could you notice? Simple in theory. Hard in practice. Yet to live in present awareness may just be the most valuable thing we can learn. #VikasaYoga #Vikasa #Evolution by @vikasalife
🤔🙈 Well, all we can do is our best 🤷‍♀️ Luckily, most of the time we attract people who share our values on what makes an experience truly valuable. But if you’re looking for a cheap Pad Thai, a mediocre massage and service without a smile, there’s plenty of other options 😉 #VikasaYoga #Vikasa #Evolution by @vikasalife
Sometimes we have to pull ourselves out of familiar surroundings to connect with parts of ourselves we never knew existed 🫶 #Vikasa #Evolution #Transformation by @vikasalife

Where did the “real” yoga go? 🤔 If you’ve been asking yourself whether yoga is losing its depth in a world of 45-minute hybrid classes, you’re not alone. Conversations are echoing across the wellness world asking: “Is yoga dying?” Our answer? Absolutely not 😅 But we hear you. We get feedback all the time from students that share how hard it is to find full practices back home that integrate meditation, pranayama, philosophy and real depth. Modern life embraced yoga, and yet, it also transformed it to fit tight schedules and conflicting needs. In doing so, a lot of the ‘yoga’ has become lost entirely. That’s why our 200hr YTT exists. If you want an immersive, authentic and deeply transformative yoga immersion that you cannot gain from studio classes alone - this is for you. If you want to join us on a mission to impart yoga in a meaningful way with the world - this is also for you. You’ll leave fully certified and ready to step into teaching in a way that creates real impact in your community. And lastly, if you’ve been looking for your yoga people… they’re waiting for you right here 🙌 Comment 200 to explore the YTT journey and discover all upcoming 2027 dates. Come and move below the surface with us. There is so much more waiting for you. #VikasaYoga #Vikasa #Evolution by @vikasalife
Let’s do some quick wellness math👇 6 nights of oceanfront living, unlimited yoga, nourishing meals, and total immersion in an environment designed for your physical and mental reset. That’s only the beginning of the benefits. The real ones start when you get home feeling clear, balanced and aligned. Don’t pay top dollar just to ‘escape’ for a week on a vacation. Invest in an experience that genuinely transforms you 🔥 #VikasaYoga #Vikasa #Evolution #YogaRetreatThailand #WellnessTravel MindfulLiving WellnessMath Phuket2026 KohSamui YogaVacation by @vikasalife
Mixing pure magic behind the scenes ✨ A little dose of May color making a comeback on your feed, because trust us, sunrise shades like this hit even differently in real life. Who’s rolling out their mat with us tomorrow? 🌅 #VikasaYoga #Vikasa #Evolution #SunriseYoga by @vikasalife
