Feb 21 | @omvf x L863 🇫🇮

We’re taking you deep into the roots of electronic music. In collaboration with the Oulu Music Video Festival, we’re screening the original documentary on Sähkö Recordings - one of the most legendary labels of the last 20 years.

Seats are limited, so make sure you reserve your spot.

After the screening, we’re thrilled to host the dj set of @jaydayalldayeveryday , the Executive Director of the Oulu Music Video Festival, since 2015.

His club night @elektorn1 , founded in 2011, is Northern Finland’s longest-running electronic music club, regularly hosting international guests. Since 2021, it’s also a vinyl-only label, dropping pure electronic heat.

Joining him: @_nastyboy_ a refined Italian artist and DJ with two releases on the legendary Sähkö label.

Closing the night will be our fav FUNKZXIONS OV EGGXTRAMIND, HEARTHENTAINMENT, with @kuthijin and a live by @voronhil

For its third chapter, Tiella Sound warmly welcomes @_nastyboy_, Italian DJ and producer whose analog-driven aesthetic and melodic sensibility naturally resonate with the deep-house history.

‘Don’t Leave’ is a six-track EP where he guides us through a dense, cohesive journey filled with subtle yet rich nuances.
Rooted in the musical traditions of Chicago and Detroit, it draws inspiration from artists like Larry Heard, Carl Craig, and Kirk Degiorgio, as well as the best of Detroit and UK technological house.
However, the outcome isn’t just a stylistic showcase or a nostalgic tribute. Instead, it shows a mature production vision, transforming these influences and references into a personal, unique, elegant, and unpredictable language that refreshes the deep-house narrative while staying true to its core.
 This is a @bandcamp-only release in tape (ltd edition of 35) and digital formats, get yours before it’s too late via the link bio and stories!

“NASTY BOY - DON’T LEAVE” (TIELLA003)

Following two bold releases that explored territories between experimental ambient, folktronica, and atmospheric lo-fi rhythms, @tiella_sound now confidently steps into the deeper and more authentic side of club culture.
For its third chapter, it warmly welcomes @_nastyboy_, an Italian DJ and producer whose analog-driven aesthetic and melodic sensibility naturally resonate with the deep-house history.

‘Don’t Leave’ is a six-track EP where Nasty Boy guides us through a dense, cohesive journey filled with subtle yet rich nuances. Convergent Evolution is a conceptual sound art project that brings Lightwaves’ electromagnetic musical research (KOO008) to a radical theoretical point. Following a research path conceived by Giovanni De Donà, the interpreter Nicola Penna (Nasty Boy) transforms selected samples taken from Niclas Lindgren’s Io (KOO009), based on an electromagnetic session mixed at EMS studios in Stockholm, into a refined landscape of abstract rare groove and broken beats. Extending Koo Editions’ earlier exploration of “music made without synthesizers”, this work gravitates toward an electronic sound reminiscent of synthesizer-based music. It reflects the natural principle of convergent evolution — distinct origins leading to similar forms through functional necessity. by @_nastyboy_
