Big up the @soulfoodpoetryofficial massive for having me on.

Luton stand up!!!

1st performing this one. Definitely felt it.

A huge shout out to those who are able to speak out and have that confidence to stand for what is right because it's not easy and not everyone can. ❤️

That’s a wrap! 🌿

The first Creative Pause retreat, held at the legendary Arvon literary sanctuary, and what an incredible four days together.

The vision was simple: to pause. To step away from the noise, reconnect mind and body, and give creativity space to seep in.

Deep into the Devon countryside we ventured — to move, write, rest, eat, wander, laugh, reflect and create.

A huge thank you to the beautiful souls who came and threw themselves into it, to the wonderful team at Arvon for holding us so well, and to my brilliant co-facilitator Ehirime for dreaming this up and bringing it to life with me.

We had such a special time. I already want to do it all over again.

Watch this space… ✨

Step away from the noise and into stillness at The Creative Pause Wellness Retreat 🌿

Set in the Devon countryside, this four-day retreat invites writers and artists to reconnect with themselves, their practice, and the natural world through yoga, meditation, massage, journalling, sauna sessions, and creative reflection.

Guided by @_nativepraise and @leah_salm_yoga, each day is designed to help you slow down, reset, and make space for inspiration. You’ll also visit @matchbox_sauna to embrace the earth’s elements and feel restored.
