POSTS STORIES REELS

This week has been one I’ll remember for a very long time. 🌿

I feel incredibly honoured to have been invited to be a vendor at @realbarbaraoneill Barbara O’Neill’s Winchester event.

Like so many people, I’ve personally learned so much from Barbara over the years. Her passion for empowering people with natural health knowledge has inspired countless families, so being part of this event felt incredibly special.

It was also such a pleasure spending time with the wonderful @naturopathic_nutrition_uk , @_naturally_green and the amazing @littlebarnhealthuk Little Barn Health team, and meeting so many like-minded people who share a passion for natural health. The conversations, encouragement and sense of community were something I’ll always be grateful for.

To everyone who stopped by the @wholisticherbalsuk stand, asked questions, shared your stories or took home one of our handcrafted remedies… thank you. Your support truly means the world.

Now I’m home, I am feeling inspired, encouraged and even more passionate about continuing to create traditional herbal remedies that help support modern-day families.

Until next time, Winchester. 💚🌿
