Learning that the small things matter.

I am always so caught up with wanting to be at the finish line, or that perfect spot that I don’t take the time to acknowledge the work I’m putting in. It has always been one of my biggest struggle to be proud of the journey, rather than the results. Teaching myself to smile in the moments of hard work, consistency and dedication. 🥹💪🏾✨

There’s so many times I’ve felt that hiring a coach, was not worth it because there’s so many people out there certified, and trying to give people a quick fix, not sticking to the basics, or keeping it real with their client.

Thankfully enough, I’ve done my research, taken my time, and I’m very happy with my decision to be working with such an amazing coach who takes her time to really understand what it is I need, educate me, and support me along this journey. 🙏🏾😄

Sometimes the silent battles are the ones that aren’t talked about. Being healthy has become an important aspect of my life. It’s never perfect, but to show up, thats all I really need. This year has taught me so much about myself, my tolerance, what I need, and why it’s important to take care of myself, and my mental health. Sometimes I catch myself going into the gym crying, and leave the happiness girl ever.
