A year ago I wrote this during the Eclipse season. I would like to share a refreshing approach to navigate the process of letting go❤️

𝐄𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐬𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

There is a sadness I carry with me today. I feel the pain of letting go. Letting go of realities once so familiar and known. People once so close, connections lost, but then again wonderful memories that I will cherish forever.

This is the beauty and pain of change. Nothing stays the same and that’s a beautiful yet painful thing.

Because you’re not only grieving others, you’re also grieving the versions you were when you were with them.

There is so much value in these experiences and past connections.

I am mature enough to know that I can still miss these experiences and connections. I can still go back into memory lane and relive every part of those realities. The excitement, smells, tastes, laughs, anger, touch and sights.

All while still keeping my loving distance. Because when I love, I love with my whole being and from my whole essence. There is no behavior that will make me un love somebody. My love is deep, old, intense and unconditional.

Even old painful realities I lived through. Cause all of them contributed to me being the woman I am today.

The sadness I feel is so very human. I am not pushing it away, nor am I letting it consume me. I just let it through and observe it. I give it the love and care it needs and I honor what it brings to my attention.

I love being this grown. I love how I can do this now. There was a time where this was so difficult for me. The sadness would take over and have me in such a suffocating grip. But you see now, now I understand. My spirit remembers that within this human experience, all these experiences and connections that evolved or are now lost, are part of the blueprint I created to learn very specific lessons.

So I can now be fully in my connections and realities without getting attached to them. This is love, this is growth, this is remembrance♥️ by @_nemys_

✨Part three: The Seliba series—Facing fears and breaking barriers✨

From hesitating at the edge of the pier to jumping into the unknown…
From fearing the river to confidently SUP-ing *way* upstream…
From saying “no way” to snakes & insects to holding them with awe… 🥹

This trip wasn’t just about adventure and setting goals—it was about proving to ourselves that there is magic when we break past our fears💫

The Seliba Series: Part two✨

What a truly magical place Seliba is. It has a high vibration with lots of beings offering to support you on your journey if you’re open and respectful to them. The moment we got there I felt the energy of this place hitting me like a warm embrace and my nervous system immediately calmed down. I knew we were safe❤️

This trip to Seliba with my cousin was nothing short of extraordinary. We met so many incredible people and forged connections that will last a lifetime. Though not everyone we’ve met is featured in this video, our gratitude and appreciation extend to each and every one of you❤️

Opening ourselves up to new connections is not just about expanding our social circles; it’s about embracing the boundless potential for growth, learning, and transformation that each new relationship brings🤲🏼

Recently, my badass cousin and I set out on a trip with one goal in mind: to plan our dreams and goals for this promising year in a peaceful and relaxing environment.

Little did we know, the Universe had so much more in store for us. 🌟 This trip turned out to be an incredible blend of adventure, growth, and unexpected gifts. We faced our fears, connected with amazing souls, and embraced experiences that exceeded every expectation.

🌟Part One: Seliba Series - Cassava bread workshop with Kleine🌟

We embarked on a 3-day tour that included a stop in Powaka, where we got to take part in a Cassava bread-making workshop.

This is where we met ‘Kleine,’ a vibrant soul who filled the experience with laughter, lessons, and unforgettable moments. His warmth, sharp humor, and deep wisdom left a lasting impression on us. 💫
