“Nicole don’t lose too much weight - you’re getting too small” are the same people who watched & allowed me to get to almost 100kg 😒🥴.

My goal was never to be the “skinny girl” my goal was simply to lose weight, be healthy mentally & physically… & I did just that all by myself no short cuts - no waiting on others just me, myself & dedication💪🏾

I’m not chasing the 6pack or the big nash & if im honest im not bothered if i still have a bit of a belly - right now I’m focused on continuing with keeping moving & fit and just never getting back to how i was.

Somewhere between the sunshine, the laughter and these little moments, I realised I couldn’t wish for a better holiday companion 🌴☀️🤍

Giving her everything I never had, a childhood filled with laughter, beautiful memories, unconditional love, and the kind of happiness that makes her feel safe and cherished. 🤍

She’ll never have to wonder if she’s loved. She’ll grow up knowing, without a doubt, just how much she is 🧸🩷 by @_nicolec.x
