She’s absolutely feral and I love that for her 🥰

Incredibly smart… she will floor you with her vocabulary

She’s taught herself to read at 4 yrs

She’s great with languages

She’s very funny and keeps the whole household in stitches

She’s kind and loving

She’s super entertaining and can tell a great story

She’s confident and brave… not afraid of any creepy crawlies… she once stuffed a worm inside an empty Canderal packet 😂

She’s the life of the party 🎉

She gives the best kisses and cuddles 🥰

And at this point I’m convinced she will never stop sitting on top of the table… we’ve tried many times to get her to sit on a chair 🪑

She’s the best rebel girl 🥹

My first baby when I was 29 yrs old had a stroke in utero at around 28 weeks pregnant and so with these 2 the obgyn had me on blood thinners for the entire pregnancies… they thought Bayanda’s stroke may have been caused by by a blood clot

I was clearing out the bathroom cupboard the other day and came across the left over syringes 💉

We forget the things we put ourselves through for a healthy pregnancy… my pregnant bellies were covered in bruising … I looked like a junky 😂

Anyway I was fortunate to have 2 more healthy pregnancies at 39yrs and 42yrs 🥹

And they were totally worth it 🥰

We put our bodies and lives on the line to bring these babies into the world 🥹… but I wouldn’t change a thing 💛

Lilitha’s first braids ever … thank you aunty Sibu @oladylabo for hand holding us through this process and encouraging us to start sooner rather than later 🥰

She loves it and I can tell she’s enjoying it… she said it hurt a little but she didn’t cry… she was very tired after and passed out in the car

We also had a nice mommy / daughter date ☺️

Excuse the music on my reel I had no idea what I was doing here… but Minnie Ripperton sings to her daughter and sings her daughters name in the song Loving You

Still don’t know how I got so lucky having this little girl 😭

Y’all Kangol caps from the 90s is still out here! And they’re so fucking cool 😭… there used to be a Kangol cap factory shop in Durban in the 90s… they were a thing!!! The 90s 🥺… little did we know we were living through the last real decade… we peaked in the 90s 😭

Once again they outdid themselves with #polygel and #nailart … the Cape Town nail techs were asking me who did that… they’re blown away!

Also realised I could never afford to have this done in Cape Town… these girlies are super affordable 🫶🏽

Long discussions were had about decentering men, staying single and securing the bag instead 😅🤌🏽 💵
