🦷 Pediatric dental resident by day 🦷✨ but also your favorite [solidcore] coach, and a Pilates-loving fit girlie after hours🤎💪🏽

Between fixing little smiles, coaching, lifting heavy, and getting my Pilates fix, life stays busy!

But no matter how full my schedule gets, prioritizing my health and wellness will always be non-negotiable. Because becoming the best version of me starts with taking care of me. Mind, body, and spirit. 🤍✨ by @_nishaaaa_

You can’t just pray for the life you want without putting it into action✨✨✨

To carry the life God has planned for me, I have to prepare for it now. Mind, body, and spirit. I’m becoming healthier and stronger not only for myself, but for the woman I’m called to be: a pediatric dentist who makes an impact, a loving wife, and one day, a healthy and present mama to the babies I pray to carry 🥹🤍 Short term this 5k I promised @briinbalance 🤣 #faith #womanofgod #blackwomeninmedicine #womeninmedicine by @_nishaaaa_

Last quarter recap 🤍✨
Somewhere between residency and real life, the plot got a little more interesting… 🙊
Residency is almost in the rearview, and life lately has been very, very good to me. 🦷🥂 by @_nishaaaa_

Always a great time at @prosperform ! I’ve been going at least once a week since August of 2025 and I SWEAR by them. Life is so hectic with residency and being the crazy athlete I am😉😭 but they allow me to stay healthy and educate me on ways to prevent injury in the first place. @theprosdoc and @_orthopro are THE BEST ✨✨✨ Tell them I sent you 🤪🫶🏽 #fitness #fortlaudale #wellness by @_nishaaaa_

In a few weeks I’ll be a Doctor but that also means my chapter in Boston is coming to an end to start a new one. I went from being a girl who was bored out of her mind post college athletics perusing her masters degree, to finally finding a workout that made me whole again!
My first ever class under the blue lights I became hooked, so hooked I decided to become a coach while in dental school🤭. But that wasn’t enough because I also fell in love with indoor cycling and thought I’d be a fun trainer with my ratchet music😂.
I got alot of “I don’t know how you do it”, “coaching and in dental school… HOW?”😂 BUT Fast forward…it’s been 3 years since I’ve been coaching at @solidcore and @revd.fitness and I would do it all over again! I gained amazing bonus family members and amazing friends in the process that don’t talk about teeth all the time 😂.

But to just make this short , I’ll miss you all dearly and hope you come to visit me while I’m doing my pediatric residency in South Florida 🌴

My final class(es) at [solidcore] are May 31st.
My final Rev’d session is June 3rd! I hope to see you all before then and if not just know you’ve all made a lasting impression on me that I’ll cherish forever! I love you all dearly. I will still be coaching at Solidcore in Florida so stay tuned for that 💙

Enjoy all of these slides as a throwback to CIT classes to now💙❤️💙❤️ by @_nishaaaa_
