Took my Benny for a little run this morning. Haven’t tried that in 6 if not 7 years. He did so good. Safe to say this is his first successful run. He only stopped for 3 sniff breaks and they were gentle stops. Did not yeet me anywhere 🤣. Now that temps will be dropping soon, I might make this a regular thing. He’s chonky 🤣🤣🤣 by @_noooope

Went on a cool trip and saw some cool sh*t. Pt. 3

No days off. We keep running. I honestly had the BEST f*cking time exploring all the landmarks on my runs.

I can’t even begin to describe the gratitude that I feel. Gratitude For my family and friends who have been sitting in my corner cheering for me during this training block. Gratitude for the new friends I’ve made along the way. Gratitude for being able to share this experience with my brother in law- even though I was a few waves behind him lol. Gratitude for my body to be able to take me to places I never could’ve imagined.

This race was hard for me, but I’m embracing the good, the bad and the ugly that came with it.

Not only did I finish this race, I finished it in my goal time, ( a PR at that) despite the struggles.

NO ONE is more proud of me.. than ME. FUCK YESSSSS!!
Now on to bigger miles 🏃🏽‍♀️

Here’s a little snippet ( it’s a 6 min video; I cut it down drastically lol) of my colorful chimkins in the feeder. Theres a sneak preview of the purple finches onlybirbs content too 😉.

And just like that, you’re 21. 😢. We grew up together, and I couldn’t have asked for a better human to have grown up with ♥️. There’s a lot I wish I could’ve/ Would’ve done different on my part, I was so young when I had you. I wish I could turn back time and snuggle little you a little longer. Erik, I’m so incredibly proud of the man you have become. Welcome to the real adulthood. Stay strapped, it’s ghetto AF here. by @_noooope

A time was had; things got weird. Welcome to the 40/40 Clurb ♥️

This was sober me. I can’t imagine how much weirder it would’ve gotten had I been drinking 🤣. taken in The Darkroom by @_noooope
