They called me ghetto, ratchet, unprofessional and said I “didn’t look like a nurse”… and somehow my nails became the main character. So before I start this new chapter in California, let’s go get them done. Day 1 of rebuilding my life at 30. 💅🏽✈️ New state. New contract. New chapter. Same me just moving forward. #nurse #nurselife #healthcareworker #pedsnurse #nursetok by @_nursebaemel
It’s never too late to bet on yourself. My mom became a nurse in her 40s, and watching her do it taught me that success doesn’t have an expiration date. #NursingSchool #NurseTok #CareerChange #GetUnreadyWithMe #healthcareworker by @_nursebaemel
October was the first full month of really committing to budgeting my way back. 🥹💸 We broke down exactly how much I made this month from nursing, content creation, brand deals, and wig reviews, but the part I’m most proud of is what I actually did with it. I made sacrifices. I had to tell myself no sometimes. I had a few moments where I definitely overspent 😂 but I got back on track. And this month we officially PAID OFF @capitalone . 🙌🏾 That means we went from 4 credit cards down to 3. It feels good seeing the numbers move, but honestly, it feels even better knowing that I actually stuck with something I said I was going to do. I’m rebuilding one paycheck, one payment, and one decision at a time. Still a long way to go, but I’m proud of the progress. 🤎 Shoutout to @sofi for helping me keep everything organized while I work toward these goals. #BudgetingMyWayBack #DebtFreeJourney #TravelNurse #Nurse #HealthcareWorker by @_nursebaemel
In order to have a testimony you have to have a TEST! And this season in my life was the biggest test yet. But God. I’m sure when this start She thought this would break me but God picked it up and turned it around . #nurse #travelnurse #rebuildingmylife #healthcareworkers #nurselife by @_nursebaemel

Saving money by taking public transportation around the Bay Area is cute… but touching everything everybody else touched? 😭 jumpscare @touchland has officially become one of those things I keep with me every single day. Of course washing your hands is always 1 , but for all the in between moments while I’m out exploring the city, this stays in my bag. And yes… I liked it enough to go grab another one @sephora !💚 #nurse #TravelNurse #NurseLife #BayArea #healthcareworker by @_nursebaemel
