Extrinsic gets you started. Intrinsic keeps you going. 🔥
Most people don't fail because of their program. They fail because of the kind of motivation they're running on.
🏆 Extrinsic = rewards, praise, the scale, likes. Great for getting started.
🔥 Intrinsic = love of training, growth, feeling strong, and an identity of "I'm someone who trains."
Outside motivation runs out. The scale stalls, the praise fades. That's why the best trainers help clients shift from "I have to" to "I want to."
One of my favorite influencers, Greg Plitt, was always talking about having that fire inside. That's what this is. Find your fire. 💪
Which one is driving you right now: intrinsic or extrinsic? Tell me below 👇

🔲chalkboard. 🧪✍️
Most supplements are hype. This one has decades of research behind it.
Here's the quick version:
✅ Helps your muscles make more energy for heavy lifts
✅ Supports strength, power, and lean muscle over time
✅ 3-5g a day, every day. No loading phase needed
✅ Cheap, simple, and one of the most studied supplements out there
Consistency is what makes it work. Take it daily, drink your water, and keep training hard. 💪
Got questions about creatine or what to stack it with? Drop them below 👇
Want help with your training and nutrition? DM me "Olympus" or hit the link in my bio.
Save this for later and send it to your gym buddy who still thinks creatine is a steroid 😂 or makes your brain like the movie limitless 🧠 🤣
