2024 October I decided it was time to make a change. Fast forward to 2026, I've gained 16 solid pounds and I've never felt stronger. My boy heff been pushing me + Fatherhood was becoming its own journey. I wanted to be healthier, have more energy, and be stronger for my boys and my wife. I became disciplined and consistent with my gym routine going 3-4x weekly. Soon enough my brother Capo and I joined our fatherfitness journey together and here we are. I'm far from where I want to be but I've come a long way! Gotta celebrate the wins and keep going full pressure‼️💪🏽 #fatherfitnation #ffn #boydad by @_odbeats
