Have you ever felt like God delayed on a word He gave you? Like He carried you through part of your journey, only to leave you halfway?
That was me a month ago.

Then God reminded me of this truth:
It is not in His nature to say a word and not fulfill it.

God is not a man, so he does not lie. He is not human, so he does not change his mind. Has He ever promised and not carried it through? (Numbers 23:19 NLT).
Let that sink in. Meditate on it.

Just a few days after that moment of doubt, God came through and His timing was perfect.
God can be trusted with anything and everything.
If you’re holding on to a promise, stay in prayer, worship, and the Word.
His timing is never late. His word never fails by @_oforiwaa._

For too long, I fixated on what I needed God to do, and when my desires seemed delayed, my relationship with Him became inconsistent, and my faith wavered. I was so caught up in my wants that I missed all the amazing things God was already doing around me.

My perspective shifted as I realized my faith was dependent on outcomes, not to God's unchanging character.
Hebrews 11:6 (NKJV) reminded me: "But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him."
Even more profoundly, Hebrews 11:16 (NKJV) revealed: "But now they desire a better, that is, a heavenly country. Therefore, God is not ashamed to be called their God, for He has prepared a city for them." This showed me that true faith trusts God's perfect will and ultimate provision, which is always for a greater good, beyond my immediate desires.

As I shifted my gaze to God's faithfulness and love, a deep peace settled in. The waiting became an invitation to deeper trust.

So, to every believer: Look to Jesus. Fix your eyes on the Author and Finisher of your faith. Diligently seek Him in His Word, through faithful fellowship, heartfelt worship, and persistent prayer. When you do, everything else will fall into place, according to His perfect will for your ultimate good and His glory.
