愛洛蒙－人與動物的後心靈樂園 Anromones: The Post-paradise between Human and Animals

展覽命題「愛洛蒙－人與動物的後心靈樂園」借用「動物（Animal）」與生物學概念「費洛蒙（Pheromones）」結合為「愛洛蒙」（Anromones）一詞，指涉人與動物在當代社會中相遇而產生的一種「後心靈樂園」狀態。

Finally danced something I’m actually happy with 😭
One dance every five weeks, slowly getting there.

Maybe DJ practice is finally paying off because I can actually hear the beat when I dance now 😂 I used to be able to count in eights, but my body still couldn’t land on the beat.

Finally doing my teacher justice. Thank you for the beautiful and badass choreo 🖤

終於跳到一隻自己還滿意的舞😭, 5週一支舞緩慢進步中，才跟老師說可能是因為在練習DJ放歌，所以跳舞的時候終於可以聽到節拍了哈啊哈哈，對啊，之前雖然可以數八拍，但身體都對不到每個拍子呢。終於對得起錢師aka🦭組教官惹！謝謝老師美麗又帥氣的舞！

I got my pole instructor certificate 😭😭😭

I still feel like a rookie sometimes, but I’ve really pushed myself to get here. Tears, sweat, bruises, a torn piriformis and countless little injuries along the way. 🥲

I first tried pole as an art student in Prague in 2018, just because it looked cool. I continued on and off in Taiwan, until injury, COVID and the frustration of feeling left behind eventually made me give up.

I came back in 2024 because I needed something to keep me sane outside of work. This time, I promised myself:

Maybe I’m slow, but I’m not giving up on myself again.
And somehow, here we are🥹

I’ve met so many beautiful pole mates and incredible instructors around the world along the way. Thank you for making all the pain, bruises and frustration worth it.

Pole taught me something bigger than pole itself: wherever life takes me, I know I’ll find a way to make it happen.

P.S. SOPHIE’s music was part of both my art and pole life back in Prague, so it only feels right to have her music with me for this milestone too 🥹 I just couldn’t find the original 2015 version of this track.

我拿到鋼管舞師資證照了😭😭😭

雖然有時候還是覺得自己很菜，但一路走到這裡，我真的很努力。眼淚、汗水、瘀青、梨狀肌撕裂，還有數不清的小傷🥲

2018 年還在布拉格當藝術學生的時候，第一次接觸鋼管，單純只是覺得「這看起來好酷」。回台灣後斷斷續續地練，後來經歷受傷、疫情，加上看著以前的 pole mates 一直進步，自己卻覺得怎麼都追不上，最後還是放棄了。

2024 年，因為工作壓力，我需要重新找一項能讓自己喘口氣的運動，所以又回到了鋼管。這次我告訴自己：

也許我很慢，但我不要再放棄自己了。
然後，不知不覺真的走到這裡了🥹

這一路也遇見了世界各地好多很棒的同學和老師。謝謝你們，讓那些痛、瘀青和挫折都變得值得❤️ 上課總是充滿正能量和歡樂

鋼管最後教我的，好像早就不只是鋼管了：不管人生把我帶去哪裡，我都知道自己會想辦法做到。

P.S. SOPHIE 的音樂也曾經一路陪著我在布拉格的藝術和鋼管生活，所以這個 milestone，也想讓她的音樂一起出現。🥹 只是我找不到這首歌 2015 年的原版 by @_ohhann_

Two months without stretching after reprioritising everything… feeling old, but apparently still surviving 😭 兩個月沒拉筋，重新安排人生優先順序後，筋直接被我放生。老是老了點，但好像還行😭。喜歡的事情還有很多，請排隊等我一件一件完成🥹🥹🥹
