What’s a Shrub? Our house-made shrubs, also known as “drinking vinegars”, are infused with a blend of fresh fruits, vegetables, sugar, and spices.

These versatile ingredients can be used in both cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as in salad dressings or drizzled over desserts. If you’ve enjoyed one of our cocktails, you’ve likely already tasted one. Come try one (or 5) today! #baltimorerestaurants #shrubit #baltimorebars #baltimorebarscene #cocktailsofinstagram by @_olar____

We’re launching the BMORE Adaptive Happy Hour for All — a welcoming space to connect, grab a drink, and celebrate community, with a special focus on making sure our adaptive community feels right at home. 🧡

📅 Saturday, September 12th
⏰ 4:00–7:00 PM
📍 OL&R
1028 S. Conkling St., Baltimore, MD

Even better? Proceeds will support services provided by BMORE Adaptive to help remove barriers to fitness and wellbeing. 💪

Accessibility note: OL&R has an accessible entrance on the main floor, but the bathrooms are small and may not work for everyone.

Need a more accessible bathroom? PUSH511, the gym directly across the street where BMORE Adaptive classes are held, has a fully accessible bathroom. Our team would be happy to escort anyone who needs to use their facilities over to the gym. ❤️

Come hang out, meet some awesome people, support adaptive fitness, and help us kick off something new!

We’d love to see you there! 🍻🧡
