To our sweet July baby - we remember you, our little sweet pea who made us parents first 🫛🕊️

Before our little girlie growing in my belly, there was another precious life we had the honor to love. The grief of losing them became part of our story - they are a piece of our family who makes us whole. I still miss them, and cried today thinking of who they would have been. Simultaneously in tears over the gratitude of our daughter on the way. Grief and joy coexisting…recognizing it might always will.

This pregnancy has been filled with immense joy, hope, gratitude, and moments of remembering. We carry both babies with us - one in our arms soon, and one always in our hearts.

To our first baby: thank you for making us parents and teaching us a love that will never fade.
To our sweet rainbow baby: we cannot wait to meet you. You are a million answered prayers and show us the sovereignty and deep kindness of Jesus. We dream of the day you are in our arms, and cannot wait to be your mommy & daddy.

We know our story is not unique. We pray for every family who misses a baby in heaven, for every family waiting on their miracle, and praise the Lord for the little babies and miracle of life he so graciously gives 🤍🌈 by @_oliviahoward

Dare I say 2025 was one of my favorite years yet!! Cheers to deep love, celebrations, milestones, friendships, dinner parties, travel, family time, creativity, laughter, tears, growth, grief, and all of the in between. I just couldn’t be more grateful for my little corner of the world.
