This wasn’t a very easy decision but
I’m happy to announce I will be flipping my commitment from Marquette University to The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee to continue my academic and athletic career at the University to run D1 track and field. First of all I want to Thank God for always being my light. Showing me the way in every single aspect of my life. I want to thank my family for all their support, love and care. Especially my parents who lead me and guide me through my troubles. I want to thank Coach Basler for giving me this opportunity. I want to thank all the coaches who helped me get to this point Coach Lester who made me do jumps in the first place. Coach Lauren and Coach Cornelius who helped with my craft. Excited for the next 4. Go Panthers by @_oluakin19

Jump Squad Appreciation Post. These people have changed my life for the better inspiring me to be a better athlete and person. To my seniors you guys helped me not give up when I made mistakes and you inspired me that even with having the hardest season of my life that I am still more then capable to succeed. I hope that one day I can be as Strong and supportive as Grandma Adeline, as welcoming as Macy and Olivia, as kind and generous as Tim and as dedicated as Bishop. Thank you Jump squad can’t wait for next year! by @_oluakin19

Indoor season complete!! This year has been the most mentally challenging I’ve had with lots of highs and many lows but I’m grateful to God and the family I’ve formed at Milwaukee they’ve helped me push through all the lows and celebrated my highs. I will be back better then ever during outdoor! by @_oluakin19
