Catharsis & Resistance

While I was driving the other day, one word came to mind and I couldn’t get it out of my head…

CATHARSIS:
a: purification or purgation of the emotions (such as pity and fear) primarily through art
b: a purification or purgation that brings about spiritual renewal or release from tension.

Life has a way of showing your lengths of resistance & resilience.

This selfie was taken at Cafe Colmado /Bori Fest after party 📸

September represents the month of rebirth, of new beginnings and season of change.

So much I wanna say but to make it short… Summer was such an amazing, but nevertheless, extremely challenging time, I am currently surrounded with a lot of emotions and feelings such as gratitude, growth, discernment, so I am looking forward for the fall season (my favorite one… cause is… ahem … my bday) and lots of new life opportunities.

Many were aware of my declining mental health situation during that time and I feel extremely grateful for the people that were there listening to me, patiently giving me so much love and attention… lots of encouragement, lots of conversations, long or short, very meaningful… and now as this rough phase is past me, I must let my friends know that are struggling… I am here to hear you out ❤️. I am here to spend time with you and together we can figure out the complexity of our minds and feelings that can backtrack us and detour our genuine selves.

Here’s some shots and clips of my greatest loves : Dogs, the city, music, projects, photography and documenting life with a spark ⚡️ 🔥

Much love to everyone. See you around 🫶

Springtime is such a time (or season) to look back and realize how much we are longing for a warmer day. People open up, the vibe becomes more pleasant and willing to wander outside…

Too many things happen in a short time, and most of the time we forget those moments whether good or bad, we are always looking up for a different day… but whatever it is, is the perspective! How much do we learn after every experience.. .? afterwards is when we actually pay attention to that infamous “what TF just happened!!?”

I’m ready, after that dreadful winter hibernating… Cmon let’s meet for a beer for a meal for a hangout, for work, or just bc you feel lonely at times.. bc I do too..

Photo Dump of most non event / party things walking dogs and sharing a moment that made me feel alive…

See you around! XO 🥃 Selfie ready for the springtime taken in New York, New York by @_oskar.001
