New group with the same end result!! This group overcame a lot of obstacles. These boys went through a lot of trials and tribulations but one thing for sure was they never gave up, each one of them put their head down and fought harder. The 2 biggest quotes we used this season was “accountability” & “ slow is smooth and smooth is fast”. A great group of kids and a great group of players! First out of state tournament was a major success. 5-0 on the weekend & 15-1 on the season. This is a very special group of girls, each and every single one contributes in many ways. It’s so much enjoyment coaching this group, they bring so much excitement to the game sometimes i forget I am coaching them! We have many more tournaments to go win! 😤 taken in Houston, Texas by @_osomar

Season came to an end a bit earlier than expected, reached the final 4 just hit a bump that we couldn’t get over. We got the opportunity to win region, just couldn’t get that state we wanted. One thing about this team, they fought together and it was never an individual effort, never no selfishness amongst anyone. This was a team full of jokes, laughter, competitors and comradery. Most definitely a season to remember! ( my shirt was leaning because they hack in practice). Love these guys! taken in Furtah Preparatory School by @_osomar

Dear Annie bell Lettbetter 🖤🕊️ aka mama (mawmaw) ima share a few memories here.

I will never forget those days of playing board games in the living room at the trailer from a kid all the way until a teenager when the power would go out. Never would forget you teaching me how to cook basic foods, especially from you yelling at me telling me “ you got the damn stove eye up too high, turn that shit down boy” when I first started to learn how to cook. Will never forget the times I would get picked up from elementary school going back to cartersville listing to our favorite song together all the way until I got my learners permit and you would come pick me up just so I could drive the car, I can hear you now “ boy slow this mf down, I know good and damn well it’s no highway in America that let you drive this fast” whole time I going 7 over the speed limit. Even though there wasn’t much to do out there it felt like we had everything under the sun and you never allowed us to sit in the house and not do anything.

For those of you who don’t know her but you would see when I would show times of me messing with her let me tell you about Miss bell ,she was a lady who showed love through action, she wasn’t a woman of many words but her actions spoke louder than any word that could ever be said, if it was by a gift, food, or something as simple as playing a game she was going to do something that made you feel the love she had give. She was a lady you could call on at anytime of the day, even if she’s sleep she’s going to pick up that phone and make sure you are okay or if you wanted just to talk to her she would talk to you but you only had limited time before she would tell you to hang up because she’s tired and you disturbed her sleep.

If you had the opportunity to meet my grandmother she welcomed you with open arms asking you 100million questions, you hungry, want to play a game, do you know how to play this game, have you ever played this game, she was going to make you feel involved immediately would never leave you left out of anything. If you were close with me you knew how much this woman had meant to me and what she means to me. I love you 🖤🕊️ taken in Cartersville, Georgia by @_osomar
