Ustedes saben que el café y Pilates es EL DÚO🤭, pero el café colombiano tiene un lugar muy especial en mi corazón. 🤎

Hoy quiero compartirles algo que nos hace muchísima ilusión 🥹🤎un pedacito de Colombia que llega desde las montañas de Antioquia, Colombia hasta nuestra comunidad🧑🏻‍🩰✨

Porque detrás de cada tacita hay una historia, unas manos que trabajan con amor y una tierra llena de tradición🤎☕️ Y qué bonito poder compartir un poquito de nuestras raíces a través de algo que tanto disfrutamos. 🥹

Mis palabras no alcanzan para explicar lo especial que fue el día de ayer 🥹🇨🇴❤️

Gracias, gracias, gracias a cada persona que vino, apoyó, donó, compartió y mostró tanto amor por Colombia. Mi corazón está demasiado lleno. 🥹

Ayer fue mucho más que Pilates. Fue comunidad, amor y todos uniéndonos por algo mucho más grande que nosotros mismos. 🇨🇴❤️‍🩹

Todavía estoy procesando todo lo vivido. Gracias de corazón por estar, por apoyar y por hacer este día tan especial. Nunca lo voy a olvidar. $393.64 se van conmigo para seguir ayudando a familias afectadas por el terremoto Agosto 10 en Colombia , no hubiera podido hacer nada de esto sin ustedes GRACIAS 💛💙❤️🥹🙏🏻✨ by @_ospinav

Thank You Jesus 🥹 for another year of life. This year feels different… softer, wiser, more intentional 🤍

Looking back at where I was a year ago, I can only thank God for His grace through every season ✨ every lesson, every closed door, every answered prayer, and even the moments I didn’t understand at the time 🥹

What a gift it is to grow, to heal, to love deeper, and to serve others 🤍

So grateful for every person who has loved me, supported me, prayed for me, taken my classes, shown up to my events, and poured into my life in any way 🫶🏼✨I love you and I couldn’t do any of this without you.

And May everything I do continue to glorify You Lord ✨ by @_ospinav

Easter is the loudest “I love you” from God ✨

I’ve shared glimpses of my testimony,
but if I could say one thing…
He truly changed everything for me

He gave my life meaning,
even in the moments I didn’t understand… 🥹

and I’ll spend the rest of my life
loving Him… serving Him… choosing Him 🤍
