Happy Birthday to ME!

Ahh, I’m never one for a big hoopla — but I do appreciate being thought of and appreciate all of the special texts, voice notes, and messages sent.

It’s a pleasure to age and experience the ebbs and flows of life, despite its challenges; the pivots and breakthroughs are necessary.

Special thanks to you so much for everything you planned and the intentionality behind making sure today and this trip alone has been extremely surprising, unexpected (not all posted/shared) and equally enjoyed. Happy 2 Years Anniversary!

It has officially been 2 years since I packed up and decided to leave Nevada for California! I’m still in awe of the determination I had to pack/unpack everything myself and drive a moving truck cross-state but I was determined to make it a journey. I wanted it to feel like I earned it, although I’d made the decision solely to selfishly indulge in my own happiness, I’m the better for it and gained so much along the way. I hope others are brave enough to do the same or take on something they are afraid to do — please do it while being afraid. Fear of the unknown will always exist but how will you ever know what will happen if you don’t take a risk and try. Anyway, cheers to more years and all that will come with the journey that awaits in 2024. 🥂🍾
