This year I set goals for myself (peep my new years post) and I’ve done everything I said that I would.
The love that I have for this sport is unmatched. And yes there were days where I was letting the mental win, but I also had days where I felt more driven than ever but that’s just all apart of the journey. At some point it stops being motivation that’s driving you but just straight discipline and checking ur boxes every single day. @madisonhemphilll I truly couldn’t have done this without you being by my side this entire year basically. From our 10 minute daily vlogs to just supporting eachother and continuing to push each other every single day. And of course all of my best friends that continued to encourage me on the days where I was so over everything, you all hold a special place in my heart. Thank you @apexintensity_gym for creating a gym community that feels like a second family, I truly couldn’t imagine training anywhere else. And to my coach @melodymfarkas_ifbbpro , thank u for the guidance and the support and for the W that we were able to get me my first year in this sport, so excited to see what we can accomplish together moving forward. Next up @benweidernaturals 2026, the pro card chase begins.😈😈😈😈
As For now, winter is coming and it’s time to grow.
