A few of my little writings and articles have been published in our local newspaper northeast colours giving my thoughts and observations a small but meaningful space in print. All thanks to my professor.

Glad to have participated in "Tripurar Shera Radhuni" at Sonar Tori, presented by IHM Kolkata, and even happier to be a semi-finalist! Although I couldn’t make it to the finals, it was my first experience and truly a wonderful one. Grateful for the amazing chefs, the learning, and all the beautiful memories. ❤️
New experiences truly make life better and even they added my dish mangsher birinchi in their menu which is one of my achievements in this year. Thank you God🙏🏻

Please give it a try at hotel @hotel_sonartori_agartala

In the appetizer we got- Green chutney pomfret fry
The main course - Thakur bari( mutton birinchi accomplished with white pulao)
Dessert- Tripuri cuisine (Black rice payesh)

In the semifinals -A bengali Ilish preparation. taken in Hotel Sonar Tori by @_parineetaaa
