Sun was out
Fun was had

Dancing with @_paulbarrett_
Filmed by @viznhq

This ended up being more casual than the original concept and looking back, I’m glad. I think doing and creating something fun is equally as important as making something ‘serious’. After all, movement and music is communication, its connection, its life, and we need to remember to enjoy it 💫 by @_paulbarrett_

Plug piece - Ghost of you 🖤

This is a work I’ve recently made as part of my module, the piece was 10 minutes long shortened as much as possible to show some snippets from the performance!

- A dance of two diving into addiction/loss, longing for hope and when you find it, it’s sometimes too late.

This was such a good experience also working along side the incredible @_ian_alexander 🙌🏻 Who composed such beautiful music for this piece and make it come alive🙏🏻

I was also joined onstage by the amazing @ronylonglegs who was a pleasure to work with in this process.

Another person that’s worth mentioning is @niiamhstewart who unfortunately couldn’t do the performance but showed up every time and I’m very grateful for the contribution/efforts she put in to help with this process.

The making of this dance was part of the choreographic collaboration class lead by @danie1davidson who helped us along the way and is such an inspiration!
