What if I told you @gwu_mbk hasn’t done a single thing with the Trap Bar other than Pin Pull Overcoming Isometrics this whole summer?🤔

And that the majority of strength work is coming from Deep Tier plyometrics, Oscillatory Med Ball work, really high Altitude Drops and Drop Catches, and one day of the week with some 1x20/14 on Front Squat, Split Squat, RDL, and Glute Bridges?

I think it’s too easy to underestimate how much Basketball players have to gain from having to spend time in deeper positions that also have a timing component! If you can stay in a deep position that has a timing component, I can almost guarantee you can do it when the timing component is minimal. Not so much the other way around. Don’t be afraid to make the warm up a high dosage of Deep Tier and Oscillatory work!
