Sooo you’ve been thinking about booking your first reformer Pilates class but keep talking yourself out of it…

Nearly 2 years ago, I was that girl!! So here’s everything I’d tell anyone who wants to give reformer a go 🧑🏼‍🩰

You don’t need to be fit, flexible or know what you’re doing. Just show up, give it a few sessions & find a studio you love ❤️‍🔥

Consider this your sign to book it! See you on the reformer🩰

Anybody who knows me, knows how much this makes sense!! I’m forever encouraging my friends & family to give Pilates a go, so it only felt right to take the leap and turn my love for it into something more🫀✨🩰

With a background in competitive cheerleading, I’ve had my fair share of shoulder & back pain, and discovering reformer Pilates two years ago has been amazing for improving my mobility & helping me feel stronger in my body

Having studied Psychology, I love the way Pilates brings together physical & mental wellbeing. Whether it’s finding a little headspace or embracing those spicy sessions where the shakes make an appearance, there’s so much to love! 🧑🏼‍🩰🧑🏼‍🩰🧑🏼‍🩰

My goal is to create classes that challenge your body, look after your mind & leave you feeling like your best self ⭐️

I’ve taken the leap & started my training to become a Mat Pilates Instructor, with my Reformer qualification next on the list!!

I’m still learning, growing & figuring it all out, but I’m SO excited for this next chapter & can’t wait to share my love of Pilates with you all ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥
