Made our way out to Cali for Steve & Trisha’s epic wedding! 🤩 Hung with some great people in Santa Cruz, got to visit lots of places in San Fran, took a cable car to dinner one night and smoked a lot of legal cannabis. 080521 🤍 last week, dan and I eloped at Hemingway Home and went to Fort Zachary Taylor to watch the sunset. It was hot, it was humid, we lost our golf cart for 20 minutes, it was perfect.

I never let myself imagine how hard it would be to wake up and not have you around 🌈 Moscow lived a beautiful 13+ years. I didn’t considered myself a cat person until I met Moscow. When Dan and I moved in together, Moscow quickly became my little buddy. He would lead you to the kitchen for treats, any door to go outside, or Deb’s garage to sit on top of the Porsche, clearly he was very loved. Losing him has been the hardest part of 2020. The house feels empty and I still wake up to look for Moscow every night. You were with us through so many important moments, and loved Monte from the first weekend we brought him home.

Knowing Moscow lived the very best life with Dan for over 13 years makes it a little easier to process. Moscow loved trips to the beach house and visiting granny because it meant extra treats and someone who he could follow around all day.

Moscow was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease in late June which we learned to manage with proper medication. Even with that, he was a fighter. I noticed last Monday something was off so we took him to the ER and the diagnosis from multiple vets was the one we feared the most. We are thankful Moscow did not suffer for very long but nothing in this world could have prepared me for this.
