Last week, we had the privilege of getting in the new @augprepnorth gym to join forces with @antetokounbros and the @caff.foundation to bring adaptive sports to dozens of Milwaukee area student-athletes.🗣️ Playing in a 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙥𝙖𝙞𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙚𝙨 means that regardless of how [basketball] gets played, it’s a beautiful reminder of how amazing the game is. Specifically basketball, but all sports in general, are an amazing way to unite those from all backgrounds, lifestyles, and obstacles. We are so grateful to have shared the gym with amazing Milwaukee area coaches like @_presidentakers whose passion and enthusiasm helps spread our mission of celebrating 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝘼𝘽𝙄𝙇𝙄𝙏𝙔! by @_presidentakers

With the new coaching hire, I would like to say thank you to the community of Sussex for welcoming me with open arms! The past three years have been absolutely amazing and I can’t thank you enough!! To the best girls in the state, thank you all for making my job the best ever. You guys taught me way more about life than I can ever teach you about a basketball game. From literally day one we built a bond that could never be broken! Got to bring home some hardware today. Shouts out to the team for such a beautiful effort! They play with such a chip on their shoulders. Everybody on this team has been overlooked, undervalued or told they just flat out aren’t good enough at one point or another. Glad they get to see that their hard work is paying off. Took overtime in both the last games to get it done! It hit different when you really work for it. Proud of you ladies! Honored to be your coach. by @_presidentakers
