HAPPY WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY, PSYCHIFE 💜✨

As Psychology students, we understand the importance of mental well-being. Today, we encourage everyone to prioritise their mental health and remember that seeking help is never a weakness. ❤️‍🩹

Dear Psychife, remember to give yourself grace, take breaks when you need them, speak up when things get overwhelming, and never be afraid to seek help. Check on your friends, listen without judgment, and be kind to yourself and others. Sometimes, a simple “How are you really doing?” can make a difference. 🫂

Let's continue to break the stigma and create a department where everyone feels heard, understood, and supported.

Your mental health matters. You don't have to face everything alone.

With love,
💫⟩⟩TEAM RENAISSANCE

HAPPY WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY, PSYCHIFE💜✨

As Psychology students, we understand that mental health is just as important as physical health. Beyond the theories we learn and the concepts we study, we are reminded that behind every behaviour is a human being who deserves to be heard, understood, and supported.

Today, let’s practise what we learn by being more intentional about checking on one another, listening without judgment, and creating an environment where everyone feels safe to speak up.

Let’s remember that we are not just students of the mind; we are also advocates for understanding, empathy, and mental well-being.🫂❤️

Together, let’s break the stigma and make mental health a priority, not just today but every day.

Happy World Mental Health Day💜

MOMENTS FROM PYSCHIFE END OF THE SESSION HANGOUT..

And just like that, we brought the session to a beautiful close. 🥹✨

From the highs and lows, the lessons, the challenges, the laughter, and all the little moments in between, it’s been a journey worth remembering.

Our End-of-Session Picnic was a chance to step away from the usual routine, relax, connect, and create one more set of memories together before turning the page to a new chapter.

Here’s to the memories we made, the friendships we built, and everything that lies ahead. 🥂💙
