3 MONTHS SOBER! 🩷

Rawdogging reality this month meant facing my hormones and emotions head-on without drinking them away, AKA, chugging Red Bull instead of Rumple Minze 🥸

I’m substantially more confident now, and I’m actually in control of how I react to situations. Also, I’ve noticed that when I was drinking I was a bit overly-friendly and spazzy. Now I’ve kinda chilled out and let people come to me instead. Still SO grateful for my wonderfully supportive group of people who are here for me every single day. 🖤🫶

2 MONTHS sober! ✌🏻

And I’m loving it! This honestly has been pretty easy to stick to. When I decide to go after something, I just do it through sheer willpower and determination. It’s like a game to prove to myself that I can reach my goal. The haze and anxiety are gone and my happiness is back. I’m way more confident sober! My friendships feel deeper, my mood is steadier, and I never worry about hangovers! Physically I feel amazing, I have tons of energy.

People ask how I can go to bars and not drink. It’s simple, I’m not tempted. I’m an extrovert, I love my people, and I love being out with them. Now I just do it without binge drinking. Thank you for showing up for me. 💖 Love ya!~ by @_punk_barbie_
