Kintsugi : The Japanese art of mending broken items with gold, treating the flaws as part of the object’s beauty, making it more valuable and unique. I am finding the beauty in all of my imperfections as I enter year 30. Filling all of my cracks and crevices with Gold.

People only see the rewards but they don’t know how HARD I work for who I am and what I have. God broke me in the best way in year 29 and put me back together even more structured, successful, and gracious. As I reflect on where I am and how far I come, I can only thank God for keeping His hands on me.

I’m not ashamed of anything in my past as it makes me the beautiful woman I am today. I walk into year 30 with a clean slate, a big smile, grateful for each day ahead of me. Thankful for everything God has blessed me with. Cheers to a new decade and happy birthday to me ✨
