Mr OT himself! It’s impossible not to root for him when you understand who he is and what he’s about. Faith, Family, & Work..it’s that simple. He also gave me the opportunity to capture my first fight and allowed me to spend time with him and his family when he didn’t have to. I’ll always be grateful. Thank you for allowing me to show a small portion of your story🙏🏾 taken in Augusta, Georgia by @_quincyejr

Testing out the new gear package @revgear sent me! Loving the Long Sleeve rash guard and Premier MMA gloves so you know I had to test them out on the mats. Got my rolls in first but I’m keeping that a secret until the next fight🤫😅 and finished with some focus mitt work with my boy @andrew._.moore_ 👹

If you’re looking for reliable and high quality gear that last, shop @revgear and us my code QUINCYJR for a little something off the top❗️ by @_quincyejr

Got promoted tonight and reached another milestone. Sometimes I get so caught up in the work I forget to stop, smell the roses, and have some fun with it. It’s the in between where the development truly happens. I’m proud of this moment and I realize that I have a lot more to learn and conquer but I’m down for the ride….lows and highs! I’m extremely BLESSED! #FKKS #bluebelt #martialartslife taken in Faglier's Mixed Martial Arts by @_quincyejr
