I've been putting this post off for a couple of days now, because I knew once I finally made it, that would mean it was really over.

Over the past 7 years, I have grown in ways I could have never imagined were possible. I experienced some of my greatest days as well as some of my hardest challenges within the walls of the studio, but through it all, the good days and the bad, Rock City was my constant. Coming into a new dance studio at 11 years old was jarring to say the least; I was terrified of being the "new girl" again, and I had no idea what to expect. I am so blessed to be able to look back and wholeheartedly say that the RCDC community truly became a second family for me, and I am so unbelievably grateful for each person who has been apart of my journey in any way.

To my beautiful teammates, I am so thankful for every moment that we have shared together, and dancing beside y'all for all of these years has been a privilege and an honor. I genuinely believe that I left a piece of my heart on the nationals stage in Branson. To my coaches, thank you for believing in me when I had no belief in myself. Your guidance and leadership helped make my dream of dancing in college a reality. You have all truly shaped me into the woman I am today, and I am forever grateful for your impact in my life. To my senior class, my 7 sisters. Although the time has finally come for us to go our separate ways, I will never forget the lessons each of you have taught me and the special bond that we share. Because I knew you, I have been changed for good.

I have nothing but love for this place and these people. Thank you for everything. Queen Frostine out! #rcdcetjodt 🩷🧡💚🩵 by @_reaganfoley
