been put through the wash one too many times this winter 🫨🙄 a severe concussion (now actively in brain injury rehab lol), nerve damage to the hand, multiple nights in the ER, no surfing, no gym, no hikes and a general sense of self-vacancy/loss of cognitive functioning got me feeling on the bluer end of this human experience ☁️☁️ HOWever the quality of our lives is determined by the quality of our relationships and boy oh boy do I feel so utterly and totally blessed to be surrounded and supported by such kind, loving, brilliant and beautiful beings 🤩 not to mention, the encompassing embrace of Wadawaurrung Country 🌲🌊🦜🐋 to be embedded within and nourished by such a community leaves my insides glittery and my heart warm. There is such humble awe living in my bones at the contrasting, ever expanding bigness and multi-faceted nature of this existence 🌀🐚 To be held by friends in the steady arms of safety as we move through both our own individual collapses and devastations alongside the global collapse and devastations - to breakdown and dissolve what we think we know, allowing it to return to the primordial formless soup of creation, marvelling at the joy of new shapes and textures, together together together 💗💗 by @_reishi__
