Wow. Time flies.

16 years of marriage today. 18 years together.

I’m proud of us.

I love you more today than I did back then, and somehow that keeps being true with every passing year.

Who you are today is everything I dreamed our future could be. You are steady, kind, smart, and there is no one I’ve ever known with more integrity than you.

You are my peaceful place. My safe haven. My best friend.

Every mountain I have to climb, I want to climb with you. Every new corner of the world I want to explore, I want to see with you.

One day, the greatest legacy we leave our children won’t be what we money or business It will be the love they watched us share.

I’m proud of the life we’re building. Proud of the way we laugh together, work together, grow together, and keep choosing each other through every season.

My 11 year old son Maverick, started making music last fall after attending a @hiforrest concert. He asked me to submit this video for Forest’s open verse challenge for “Jesus is Alive”

Tag your favorite person to wear Frownies with in the comments!

I will always be rich in life because of the people in my life I can wear my Frownies around. That’s how you know you found the good ones.

There’s something about how ridiculous and awesome it is to plaster Frownies all over your face with your spouse, or to wear them under a ball cap on a walk with a friend, or to show up at your sisters house with your Frownies still on to have coffee together.

The real ones love you with your Frownies and the real real ones wear them with you! 🫶🏻

There’s something great about not taking yourself so seriously.

I’ve heard researchers say that Botox decreases your empathy….I don’t know if that’s true but I can personally testify that Frownies increases your fun and emotional connection!
