I spent this entire year grinding. Long work days, long training days, and moments where it felt impossible.
But I kept showing up.
140.6 miles later, I crossed that line.
I am an Ironman. @ironmantri

A year ago, I didn’t know how to swim, bike, or run — not like this.

I’ve always been a weight lifter, but endurance training was a whole new world. No cardio base, no tri background — just a decision to go all in on something that pushed me way out of my comfort zone.

This past weekend, I crossed the finish line of my first Ironman 70.3 — in 96° heat, 66% humidity, and brutal wind on the bike course. The conditions were no joke. Every mile tested me. But months of early mornings, long weekends, and relentless training carried me through.

Now it’s time to level up:
Ironman Florida — November 1.
140.6 miles.
Let’s get to work.
