Ensemblier décorateur: Paris Interior design studio, millwork & furniture workshops in France. 18 rue de Beaune, Paris | 200 Lexington Ave, NY

POSTS STORIES REELS

From our French workshops to project sites across the United States, every project relies on close collaboration between our teams on both sides of the Atlantic.

In New York, our showroom at the New York Design Center welcomes private clients, architects, and interior designers. A space for meetings and exchanges, where visitors can discover materials, explore the possibilities of bespoke creations, and bring new collaborations to life.

Each project is overseen by two project managers, one based in France and the other in the United States. Together, they coordinate between clients, architects, interior designers, and our French workshops, from technical development through to production. Our American teams also manage logistics and on-site project supervision, working closely with a network of local partners to ensure installation and any necessary adjustments.

This approach combines the excellence of French craftsmanship with the proximity, responsiveness, and local expertise of our American teams. ✨

In the principal bedroom of our latest project on the Riviera, the deep blue of the walls and ceiling echoes the Mediterranean below, visible through the windows. Bleached oak joinery and white parchment lining the lower walls and bed niche bring light to the room, creating a subtle contrast of materials and tones.

The furniture shapes an intimate setting devoted to rest and reading. Several designs from the Rinck archives have been revisited alongside contemporary creations. The Nereus cabinet takes on a new role as a writing desk, while the Amarante ottoman has been reimagined as a bench at the foot of the bed. @simonburet ’s Le Marin further extends the dialogue between the interior and its maritime surroundings. ✨

In the principal bathroom of this villa on the French Riviera, light brings out the full richness of the materials. The veining of pink onyx meets the iridescent reflections of mother-of-pearl veneer and the luminous sheen of the palladium-leaf ceiling. Bleached oak introduces a softer, matte texture, balancing the palette of powdery hues.

The Félicité chandelier extends its sculpted bronze branches, finished in warm Moongold brass. On the wall, the folds of the Nereus mirror, adorned with white gold leaf, catch the light and echo the flowing curves of the interior.

The bathtub is positioned to take in the sea view, creating a natural connection with the surrounding landscape. This dialogue with the outdoors enhances the sense of calm in a space where every material has been selected for its subtle tones, tactile qualities, and unique way of reflecting light. ✨

-

At the heart of our studio’s inspiration for this villa on the Riviera: the great names of postwar French design.

Inspired by a Jansen model preserved in the Rinck archives, the large table was reinterpreted in subtly textured, patinated bronze, in a deep gunmetal hue. Its sculptural silhouette and dark tones contrast with the warmth of blond oak panelling and the room’s luminous palette.

Collectible objects and decorative pieces are arranged across its generous surface. Set between fluted columns, the table becomes part of a composition in which historical references and contemporary creations come together, against the open perspective of the Mediterranean. ✨

-

In this villa on the Riviera, mornings unfold to the rhythm of the Mediterranean, facing the eclectic works of a collector with a passion for art and history. Sculptures, collectibles and furniture come together in an interior shaped by multiple influences. Fluted columns punctuate the perspectives and connect the conversation areas to the library. This recurring motif in Rinck’s architectural vocabulary accompanies a composition conceived as a whole, from bespoke fittings to furniture. ✨

Conceived for a private client and collector of antiques, this project on the French Riviera reimagines the interior architecture and decoration of a 19th-century villa, reconsidering its use while respecting its original proportions.
The project establishes an ongoing dialogue between different periods, bringing together French mid-century furniture, contemporary Rinck creations and bespoke interiors with a particular emphasis on materials, within a setting open to the Mediterranean.
The choice of materials further reflects this approach, including blond oak, Roman mosaic and chrome-plated bronze. ✨

-
