Will, you brought joy and love to everyone’s life you came into. You could bring a smile to anyone’s face, and you were a damn good fill in IHOP hostess. Will, you were one of my best friends and knowing I won’t be getting snapchats, calls and FaceTimes from you breaks my heart. The worst part of it all is the fact you are the nicest human I ever had the pleasure of calling a friend. Had the incredible opportunity to spend a day touring the @sigsauerinc Factory and Academy in New Hampshire.

Very grateful to the folks over there for their hospitality and friendship towards us.

Could not have asked for a more genuine and epic experience.

I am very impressed with your team.

First Show Photo Dump

Two weekends ago I competed in my first bodybuilding competition in the classic physique category. I placed 2nd and 4th in both classes and overall am extremely proud of my efforts.
However a moto I have learned to adapt and really have come to love is that I am proud, but not satisfied.
Thank you to every one who has shown me support and most importantly to my friends and family who came and supported me on the day. That was honestly the best part of the whole prep, displaying the hard work for my loved ones. I've been eating good but honestly evaluating myself and I am excited to see what I can do this off season into the next competitive showing. I don't post on instagram so I had to edit this to put the caption on 😂 by @_rivers

2020 has been harder than most. I miss you more and more as time passes. I hope you are doing well up there and enjoying the shit show the worlds become. I don’t have much to say this year, I just really miss you. I know you’d just give me a big ass hug and say “Rivs, it’ll be ok” you are exactly what the world needs right now and I’m so sorry you were taken from it so soon. 3 years sucks, and every year after sucks without you, but we will keep trucking.
