At the Helping Hands Health Center, we believe access to important healthcare shouldn’t be limited by cost. Through our sliding scale program, we help make diagnostic testing and essential care more accessible to members of our community.

This month, we’re raising awareness not only about the importance of breast health and early detection, but also about the resources available right here in our community.

This month is an important reminder to make your breast health a priority. Know your family history, pay attention to changes in your body, talk with your healthcare provider, and stay up to date on recommended mammograms.

Early detection matters, and cost should never be the reason someone puts off important care. Funded mammograms may be available for eligible patients through the Helping Hands Health Center.

Texas Night Out is coming up on October 6, and we’re teaming up with our local First Responders to help stock the Helping Hands Food Pantry! ❤️🥫

We’re asking our community to donate canned chicken, tuna, and chili to help provide protein-packed pantry staples for our neighbors in need.

🚨 IMPORTANT: Donations are needed BEFORE October 6! 🚨

Drop off your donations at Rockwall Helping Hands ahead of Texas Night Out and help us make an impact alongside the First Responders who serve our community every day.
