In Maracana, Ajegunle, families don’t turn on taps — they chase rain and buy water from canoes just to survive.

Mothers stretch every drop. Children risk drinking unsafe water.
This is not okay.

We’re changing that.

🌍 *ROOTS x AFRINAIJA Water Project*
💧 Clean water. Real impact. Generational change.

Even $1 = water for a family

Don’t scroll. Be the reason someone drinks today.

As we wrap up Water Month, ROOTS Organization, in collaboration with AfriNaija Youth Forum, is proud to continue our mission of bringing clean and safe water to communities in need through our upcoming Water Project in Maracana Ajegunle, Nigeria. 💧🌍

Access to clean water should never be a privilege. Safe water impacts health, education, cooking, hygiene, and everyday life — yet many families still struggle to access it daily.

This August, we will be sharing more from the project, and we invite our community to be part of this impact. Every contribution makes a difference:💙 $1💙 $5💙 $50💙 $100 ( Link in bio to pay )

Your support can help provide cleaner and safer water for children and families in the community.

You can support this initiative by:🔹 Donating through the link in our bio🔹 Purchasing a hard copy of Between Two Worlds🔹 Reading the digital version — every dollar goes toward creating impact

Together, we can turn compassion into action and help build healthier communities, one drop at a time. 💧

Community service has always been close to my heart. ❤️

Through our food bank outreach, we have had the privilege of supporting families, people experiencing homelessness, displaced individuals, and others going through difficult times.

Following the fire at the church that sponsors our food bank, we have had to pause our activities for a while. But we are looking forward to returning this Thanksgiving, with food support for families, medical checkups, and more ways to serve our community.

I kindly ask for your patience as we prepare for our return. To our coordinators, volunteers, and everyone who continues to support this work, thank you. Your kindness, commitment, and generosity mean so much to me.

We look forward to coming back stronger and continuing to make a difference together. 🙏🏾❤️

The Maracana Water Project has reached a major milestone—water has been found! 🙌🏾

Now we need your support to complete the remaining phases and provide safe, clean water for the community.

Please take a moment to watch the video, share it with others, and support this life-changing project in any way you can. Every view, share, donation, and prayer brings us one step closer to transforming lives.

Together, we can make clean water a reality for Maracana. 💙🙏🏾
