Dope unexpected detour this weekend - hopped into my first Muay Thai fight last minute and did the thing! 🥊🔥

Grateful for my dawgs and coach @sainteric_ for the support and push! If you want to pick up a new skill or just get your cardio up and look right, hit them up!
No better place for the work.

As virtuous as “success” and “purpose” can be,
they can also become a quiet vice.
So I slowed down. Kept things simple.

What a beautiful shift.
